Print kit · the door
120 numbered tickets, six to an A4 sheet (20 sheets). Print single-sided in colour on 160–200 gsm card at “actual size”, then cut along the ticket borders. Do not cut the dashed line: the official at the door tears the maroon counterfoil off each ticket as it is drawn.
How they are used. Everyone who waits — presenters included — draws a ticket; its number is their name for the day. The torn counterfoils go into a box, and each friend or family member takes one: that number is their person. Counterfoils for people who named a companion on the registration form are set aside and handed to that companion. Officials do not draw tickets. A ticket turned face-down means its holder has stepped out.
