Five A4 pages, 24 entries each — room for all 120 question slips. Print single-sided, punch and bind, or clip to a board at the ticket desk. The officials enter each slip as it is marked; at 14:10 one of them reads the register aloud — entry number and status, nothing else.
The status column is pre-printed. Every status is PENDING; the officials do not write it and cannot change it. The last column is not for the day: it is for the convenor afterwards, to record the date on which the presenter’s written answer appeared on the debate wall. The register is closed when that column is full.
