Presenters: theme bends to your material, not the reverse.

I understand I may be assigned a role and that the Assembly is staged as participatory theatre (the door, ticket, form, queue, chair, and wall). I can withdraw from participation by emailing the convenor before the day. Optional: I consent to appearing in documentary footage of the day. I may decline on the day with a no-camera marker; withdrawal from the film before premiere: bo@sun.ac.za.

Privacy: your name, email, affiliation and submission are processed by FormSubmit on behalf of Dr Bo Lyu (controller) solely to organise this Assembly, then stored for the project duration. We do not sell data. To access, correct or delete your data, write to bo@sun.ac.za.

If I have allergies or religious dietary requirements, I will state them in the message field so the convenor can arrange labelled alternatives (the “mysterious food” interlude will not compromise safety).

You get a confirmation e-mail. The convenor is notified at bo@sun.ac.za and on the project inbox (FormSubmit). If the university filter drops the copy, the project inbox still holds it — check spam on both, and whitelist formsubmit.co. A brief anti-bot check may show once.
